As I do with all my supplement reviews, I opened up a capsule and tasted it. Really tasted the bitterness of the berberine. I love the idea of the aluminum container, but it had multiple dents in it--inevitable while it's transported, so maybe not the best idea. Supplement seems great though.

I like this 90 capsules bottle of Berberine capsules. Also contains B 12, chromium and magnesium citrate. Easy to swallow.

I take berberine and b12 daily so switched this into rotation and I works just like my other go to supplements. I'm happy its made in the USA and is a 30 day supply.
