These capsules are easy to swallow. I have experienced no aftertaste or side effects from them. They do seem to done me a little boost of extra energy without a crash.

This is a nice vitamin B12 supplement. It is packed with good stuff. I felt it has helped me focused. Because of the caffeine content I only took 1 pill compared to the 2 recommended pills. These have no bad taste. Are easy to take, no side effects

I ordered this Ultisana Cogniforte Vitamin B12 Supplement as a source of Vitamin B12, and at the time I placed my order I didn't even realize that it also contained other ingredients; namely Bacopa leaf extract, L-Theanine, Taurine, Ginko leaf extract, and Caffein Anhydrous. I don't take B-12 supplements every day - maybe a couple of times a week, but I always notice when I DO take it, as I feel better overall.The dosage recommended on the bottle's product label (by the way, it comes in a cool aluminum bottle that I have plans for reusing when the vitamins are gone) is TWO capsules per day. That seemed like a real lot of B12 to me (more than 4,00 the percent of the recommended daily amount) so when I take it I've only been taking one capsule, and I have really been noticing the difference in increased alertness and more energy. I know that the B12 is partially responsible for this, but inasmuch as the effect is more pronounced than that after taking my prior brand of B12 only, I'm guessing that the other ingredients deserve part of the credit (probably the caffeine in no small part).I never heard of "caffeine anhydrous" before until I saw it listed on the product label and learned that it is a more potent form of caffeine. That worried me a little bit since too much caffeine is generally not a good thing. But since a daily serving contains 50mg of the compound and I only take HALF of that, I think I'm safe from harm. It's not enough to make me feel jittery, even though when I take it it's in the morning - along with my daily cup of coffee.The bottom line is that this is a very good and (for me) effective B-12 supplement with added benefits, each of which are associated with improved mental activity. I really like it!

This 60 capsule supplement has a 2 capsule daily suggested use. 2 capsules give about 50mg of caffeine, and provides quite a high mg count of Vitamin B12, L-theanine, Taurine, Ginkgo Leaf Extract, and Bacopa Leaf ExtractI've been taking these in addition to my usual morning coffee, multivitamins, fish oil, and other supplements. I tend to have a slow wake up where the brain engine needs time to rev up a bit. I find that taking this supplement helps me wake up quicker and I actually do feel like I'm more focused. I honestly cannot tell if it's placebo, but I've been taking this consistently for over a week now and I truly do think that it has helped me ramp up and stay focused. I would say that the length of time I can stay focused isn't exactly increased day-to-day, but I have the focus is stronger (for lack of a better way of saying this)I haven't experienced any negative effects. No crash, no upset stomach, no negative reactions from what I can tell. I take the supplement right before I eat something for breakfast. Maybe taking the 2 pills at separate times during the day might be best, but I've been taking both pills togetherOverall, I'm quite surprised with this product. I think it works really well. Let me tell you….I suffer horribly from ADHD. I am worse than a squirrel in a nut shop. I figured what do I have to lose…The FIRST DAY, seriously the FIRST I could tell the difference. My focus has never been so clear. I don’t know exactly what’s in this stuff but whatever it is, it’s working for me. I can finally have a thought without getting interrupted with multiple other things. If you have ADHD, you will understand what I mean. I will 100% buy this again.The capsules are on the large side and have a slight aftertaste, but I’ll take it if it continues to help my memory and focus.

The bottle is nice.I have had no tummy-related side effects, and they are easy to swallow.However, I took them for a week, and the only thing I noticed was a headache, which makes me sad! My thoughts seem to be clearer and not as scatter brained. I’ve researched the ingredients before purchasing and they all seem pretty clean and naturallly helpful. I am just really getting into starting this product but I do feel a little more clear headed not quite so foggy headed. The money for the bottle is a little pricey though if they could come down on the price it would be even bwetter. It is a quality product no fillers, pills aren't big and no taste to them. Haven't noticed an energy effect yet but the clear headedness is a plus for me because i have two autoimmune diseases that cause the foggy head stuff and that is no fun. Doesn't help with sleep that I have noticed. I gave it a three while I continue to test it out but so far so good on the foggy head and clearness.
